“Ron Santa Rosa 10 años” results from a vigorous selection of rum from Panama aged for at least 10 years in American Bourbon Oak Casks.
This rum is then matured in casks used for our very old Armagnacs stored in our cellar in Vic Fezensac (Gascony county).
Rum “Santa Rosa 10 años” is characterized by its softness, its vanilla flavors together with coconut and caramel aroma. The ageing in Armagnac cask will bring character while respecting the softness of its origin, its consistency, generous and roasted coffee smell. The taste is well balanced, with a hint of dry fruits and always the classic smoothness and finally some wood character with prunes revealing its double maturation.
